I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. I earned a BA in Psychology from Marquette University and an MSW from Loyola University in Chicago. I have over 20 years of experience working with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, stress, life changes and grief. The most important part of therapy is finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with. I will provide you with a therapeutic relationship based on non-judgmental support, compassion and trust so that you feel comfortable discussing your personal struggles. Together we can identify areas where change can bring relief from the symptoms you are experiencing. I will provide honest feedback and tools to help you move forward. I am dedicated to helping people feel better in all aspects of their lives.
